Kate Eisemann has been taking pictures for two decades. Kate started as a photojournalist in Connecticut, later relocating to New York City.
In New York, she expanded her career in to the
feature and commercial film business, working as a producer and assistant director with many gifted directors and cinematographers. Kate has worked along side Academy Award winning directors such as Barry Levinson, Volker Schlondorff, Micheal Apted; documentary directors Bruce Sinofsky and Nigel Noble as well as TV Legend Jim Burrows.
That experience informs all of her work today. Her pictures reflect the lighting, composition and directing style she has learned on film sets all over the U.S.
Kate's work includes documentary style weddings and events, editorial assignments for varied publications, location scouting for feature films, family and business portraiture. Kate is a member of the Directors Guild of America.
Having come full circle, she now lives in Connecticut with her husband and son.
